For members and partners: We collect information about you to process your event registration, manage your account and, if you agree, to email you about other events and services we think may be of interest to you.

The Entrepreneurs’ Forum will not share your information for marketing purposes with companies outside the Entrepreneurs’ Forum without your express permission.

For guests, former members, suppliers and guest speakers: We will keep your information where we may need it for a legitimate purpose, for instance, to respond to queries, or to reference against financial information which we have to keep by law.

For individuals and prospective members or partners interested in the Entrepreneurs’ Forum’s news or products: Should you opt-in to receive information about the Entrepreneurs’ Forum, we will communicate with you by a combination of email, post and telephone, depending on your opt-in preferences.

We will only use the information we’re allowed to by law, in order to provide any services you have signed up for, because we have a legitimate business interest or where you agree to it. This may include the use of a third party email client, which will mean transferring your details to that platform, but if we do that, we will ensure the security of any data we transfer. At present we use SwiftPages and Mailchimp.
