I have over 25 years’ experience in healthcare communications having previously headed up the Europe, Middle East and African healthcare divisions for two of the world’s largest communications and PR groups – Weber Shandwick and Burson Marsteller. I have worked with many pharmaceutical, medical devices and diagnostics companies, advising them on global and local marketing communications strategies.
Over the years my work and the campaigns I have delivered have brought about significant changes to public health and those living with long-term medical conditions while creating numerous new sales opportunities for my clients.
My experience covers a range of diverse areas including opinion leader contact at the highest level, market access, advocacy development, social marketing, digital communications, health policy, medical education, issues and crisis management, media relations and strategic management of communications programmes.
Driven by an innate passion to provide that same level of insight and strategic support to SME healthcare companies, I established Onyx Health in 2003. I work closely with all Onyx Health’s clients to develop and implement communications strategies that overcome the complex challenges they face when marketing a product or service to the NHS, patients or other global healthcare providers.
