This year’s 'Together We Can Take on the World Conference' will be held at The Hilton Newcastle Gateshead (NE8 2AR) on Thursday 11th November.

The day will commence at 8am with breakfast, before the first of our speakers take to the stage at 9am.

The dress code for the day is business attire.

Food and refreshments will be available throughout the day, including:

Breakfast - selection of breakfast rolls, pastries, tea, coffee and fruit juice

Mid morning break - tea, coffee and homemade cookies

Lunch - Three course buffet lunch

Comfort break - tea, coffee and homemade cookies

There is VERY limited parking available in the hotel multi-storey car park, which can be found below the main reception. Parking bays will be allocated on a first-come-first served basis.

Alternative parking is available at the Sage Gateshead, the BALTIC and Gateshead College, which are all approximately 5-10 minute walk from the venue.

In the event that you need to cancel or amend your booking please let us know as soon as possible. We will offer refunds if you are required to isolate by NHS Test & Trace as a result of contracting COVID yourself, or being a close contact of a person who has contracted COVID. Cancellations for other reasons will be refunded if received before 5pm on Thursday 4th November.

The day will be run in accordance with the latest Government guidance. 

If the conference is not permitted to go ahead because of local or national Government restrictions, attendees will be offered to transfer their tickets to a rescheduled event, where possible, or offered a credit note/full refund.
