Hudson Nominated at the SME National Business Awards
Posted on the 26 July 2019
We are thrilled to announce that Hudson has been nominated in two categories at this year’s SME National Business Awards 2019. The final will take place at Wembley Stadium on Friday 6th December.
The first category we have been nominated for is the Business Innovation award. At Hudson, we are constantly looking for innovative ways to stand out in the crowd and provide smart solutions to tendering and procurement.
To that end we offer dedicated expertise through our flagship services:
- Hudson Succeed, is our service offering bid writing support for businesses looking to tender. We work with clients of all sizes from monthly retained services to one-off mentoring support on key bids using our growing team of cross-sector experts.
- Hudson Procure is for companies looking to procure products and services. We support these clients using our unique mix of technology and expertise, to meet their own business needs and deliver a fairer, more transparent procurement service.
In 2019 we plan to launch ‘ProcureSmart’, helping public sector and corporate businesses to publish opportunities fairly. This product has been developed based on feedback from both the public and private sectors and will address misconceptions about how money is spent via tendering, creating an open and transparent process. This will be supported by incorporating Hudson, our Artificial Intelligence (AI) specialist and Virtual Reality (VR) solutions to support learning via immersive content.
The nominations don’t end here. The SME National Business Awards have also shortlisted us in the Service Excellence category.
Hudson puts the customer first in everything we do.
In order to achieve this, we have developed a Hudson Customer Code; an innovative approach to providing exemplary customer service. The Hudson team work within the code to ensure we deliver outstanding customer service
Perhaps the biggest testament to our excellent customer service is the creation of Tender VLE, the UK’s first free-to-access tender virtual learning environment, dedicated to helping businesses grow through improving their tendering efforts.
Where our competitors may charge for sharing knowledge and guidance, Tender VLE provides an easily accessible learning platform to help our customers succeed.
As a Group, we have collective, long-term visions for success. We have recently moved into our larger Head Office and welcomed four new team members over the last few months.
Throughout 2019, we will be growing substantially as we fill our new space. There has never been a better time to join the Hudson Team.
