IGNIFI fulfilment service celebrates 1.5 million milestone

The fulfilment arm of Sunderland-based healthcare creative agency IGNIFI has reached a major landmark, having handled 1.5 million items of marketing collateral on behalf of its national and global healthcare clients. In addition to developing major healthcare advertising campaigns, the independent agency also provides print, inventory management and distribution of sales force materials, despatching to as many as 100 destinations daily, throughout the UK and worldwide from its 10,000ft2 warehouse.
“Healthcare marketing is continuously evolving, commented IGNIFI Managing Director Dave Watson. “Marketing leads have to develop, maintain and distribute a complex suite of digital and physical sales assets for multiple territories and audiences, in line with different launch dates and staggered global sales plans. Brand managers and marketing leaders need to ensure they aren’t swamped in logistical responsibilities, taking them away from their ‘day job’.”

For example, we develop bespoke ordering apps so that sales teams can download and order approved marketing materials direct from us, in line with permissions set centrally by our clients. This has increased efficiency for marketing managers and means sales teams receive a faster response.”
IGNIFI’s fulfilment division sits alongside its core creative business, working with clients in healthcare and pharmaceuticals on the whole spectrum of branding and creative, from strategy, ideation and message development to the design of marketing campaigns, digital delivery, print production and distribution.
