STEVE RAWLINGSON

Steve Rawlingson founded Samuel Knight International (SKI) in 2014.

After securing seed-stage support, SKI faced serious scaleip challenges in its third year when it saw exponential growth. Revenues increased 400% to hit £10m but back at the offiice, support functions needed to be strengthened.

To learn more about sustainable growth Steven joined the Scale-up Leaders Academy.

GILL BURGESS

Gill runs Gateshead-based r//evolution and took part in the very first Scale-up Leader's Academy.

RAMAN SEHGAL

Raman runs Newcastle-based ramarketing and prior to leaving the UK to open the company's first international base in Boston, USA, Raman took part in the first Scale-up Leader's Academy cohort.

JOANNA FEELEY

Joanna runs Newcastle-based Trend Bible and took part in the first cohort of the Scale-up Leader's Academy.
