If you’ve got a passion to combine your financial skills with the opportunity to work with some of our region’s leading entrepreneurs, then this unique role could be for you.

A rare chance has opened up for a highly organised finance professional to join the small but dynamic team at the Entrepreneurs’ Forum.

Alongside having full ownership for the Forum’s finances, you’ll be responsible for managing entrepreneurial activity with our collaboration partners and sponsors.

Regular contact with entrepreneurs, leaders and business experts means you must demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a confident and outgoing personality.

The ability to take ownership, use your initiative and converse well with your colleagues is also essential, as you will be given the freedom to manage your own way of flexible working, along with playing an active part in the strategy and growth of the organisation.

Working alongside the rest of the team you will find the company culture to be friendly, flexible, ambitious and most importantly fun.

The Forum is looking for a professional that understands the entrepreneurial landscape and the needs of business leaders and in return will offer variety, participation in inspirational events, flexible working, competitive salary, holiday package and pension.  Part time hours will be considered.

About the Entrepreneurs’ Forum:

A not-for-profit membership organisation for aspirational business owners who are running their own enterprise and keen to continue growing it, the Entrepreneurs’ Forum sits at the heart of the North East business community.

Founded 20 years ago, by a group of the region’s leading business people, it now supports over 300 members who, combined, employ over 20,000 people and bring more than £2 billion into the North East economy each year.

Entrepreneurs’ Forum members are all high profile leaders, founders and business owners. They represent a group of powerful and significant change makers in the region.

With a programme of peer-to-peer mentoring and a series of between 50 and 70 events each year, they aim to raise the profile of entrepreneurship in the North East and encourage their members to inspire, connect, and share knowledge and best practice with one another to create real value that leads to business growth and success.
