To achieve sustained growth it’s critical to have a clear understanding of what’s working and what isn’t.

Marketing return on investment (ROI) is key when it comes to determining your performance but how do you maximise and measure it?

In this round table discussion led by James Allen (Guerilla), we’ll discuss in detail one of the greatest challenges facing Forum members today*: how to enhance your marketing effectiveness and improve your marketing ROI.

Guided by James, this round table discussion will explore the latest strategies for improving your marketing ROI. We’ll discuss data driven marketing, innovative measurement techniques, how to align your marketing strategically with your overall business goals, and effective methods for balancing short- and long-term ROI.

Our round tables are shaped by your views and experience, so while we hope to cover the topics above, we may discuss other related subjects during the session.

Following the discussion, we’ll go behind the scenes with an exclusive tour of the Agilico offices.

About Our Host

A graduate from Newcastle University with an MSc in Economics & Marketing, James Allen went on to become Group Account Director at award winning agency Yellow M. James managed a large team and several blue-chip accounts including IKEA, Littlewoods and Holland & Barrett. In 2001 the Conservative Party, led by William Hague, commissioned Yellow M, to run its UK general election campaign. The campaign gained notoriety for its controversial and unconventional tactics, notably the portrayal of Tony Blair as 'Bliar'.

In 2002, James formed brand communications agency Guerilla, which has a diverse portfolio of global clients, including the European Council of Europe. His award-winning agency has advised and supported hundreds of global brands at board level, and James specialises in creating strategies that rapidly drive business development and growth for his clients.
