Within the company, Aneta oversees the Finance and HR departments and focuses on optimising internal processes to keep operations running smoothly and effectively. She ensures that the company’s internal systems meet high standards of quality, transparency, and scalability.
In 2024, she completed a degree in Business Management, which equipped her with valuable tools for strategic planning, process improvement, and team leadership. She enjoys continuously expanding her knowledge, finding real satisfaction in applying new ideas and best practices to support the company’s growth.
