Michael is a co-founder of Mint Interactive and has been passionately working in Learning and Development for over 15 years. He’s seen and worked on more digital learning projects than you can shake a stick at!

Originally from Sunderland, he became an entrepreneur by accident when he was made redundant from his job and decided to start his own company. In 2017 he set up his own digital learning company, ThinkBiscuit Media, which subsequently expanded and merged with another organisation in 2021 to become Mint Interactive Solutions.

Michael, along with his business partner, specialise in providing digital learning solutions for organisations all over the world. Mint provides businesses with smart, cost-effective and engaging learning experiences and work with their clients to deliver real change in their organisations, build on their skills and maximise the opportunities digital media offers them.
