Tara started her career as an AAT apprentice, then becoming a fellow of CIMA, so used those foundations in finance in various Board roles in organisations of all shapes and sizes within not-for-profit, manufacturing and service sectors. Tara has various volunteer roles including being a trustee of Oasis Community Housing, an organisation that aims to eliminate homelessness by giving hope to people facing very difficult circumstances.
