Tracey Fee is a former NHS mental health nurse, with 30 years experience.
She was diagnosed with autism later in life, which became a key motivator for launching Hi'yed in 2023. She is supported by three non-executive directors: from recruitment, health (occupational therapist) and a person with lived experience of disability.
Hi'yed's mission is to remove barriers to employment for adults with learning difficulties, mental health challenges, autism, and other conditions that impact working life.
