I am a dedicated CEO with over 20 years of business experience. With a strong foundation in environmental and STEM industries, I have grown Probe Industries into a world-renowned, science-driven company that sets the benchmark in industrial odour and dust control.
After earning my MBA from Newcastle University in 2011, where I was honored as Student of the Year, I had the privilege of representing the university as an ambassador across the globe. My journey has also allowed me to give back to academia as a lecturer on MBA, Masters and Undergraduate programmes at both Newcastle University and Nottingham University Business School.
Throughout my career, I have successfully founded and sold STEM-focused companies, navigated funding rounds, engaged with investors, and mentored small businesses. I am deeply passionate about empowering women in business and creating a supportive, inclusive work environment.
