Our Annual Conference is a chance to step back from the day-to-day, sharpen your thinking, and reconnect with the bigger picture of what you’re building. And, this year, we’re introducing a series of healthy breakout sessions, giving you more choice in how you shape your day.

Whether your focus is sparking creativity, enjoying relaxed conversation, taking time to reset and gain a fresh perspective, or simply stretching your legs, you can select a session to suit.

Step out and join us for a casual, conversational walk around the grounds of Ramside Hall. An informal networking session, you can enjoy a walk in nature with fellow entrepreneurs. Hopefully, the sun will be shining while we're making new connections and finding inspiration in the outdoors.

Sound Bath

Enjoy a deeply immersive, meditative experience as you are "bathed" in sound waves made by instruments like gongs, crystal singing bowls, and chimes. By slowing brain waves, a sound bath promotes deep relaxation, stress reduction, and mental clarity and is an accessible, popular form of self-care and meditation.

Yogalates

Yogalates

A combination of the gentle stretch of yoga and the core-building strength of Pilates, Yogalates is the perfect East-meets-West fitness exercise. Hosted by Nuvo Wellbeing founder Bethany Ainsley, this breakout session features themed workouts with dance-inspired moves, quick transitions, and low-impact sequences that build on one another, while balancing strength and flexibility.
