This year’s awards ceremony will be held at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead (NE8 2AR) on Thursday, 19th November. The evening will begin at 6pm, with a drinks reception, with guests seated for a three-course dinner at 6.45pm.
The official after party will be in the hotel foyer bar from 10.30pm onwards.
The dress code for this event is 'smart evening wear' which could include but is not exclusive to, a tuxedo, three piece suit, evening dresses, jumpsuit, trouser suit or kilt.
The menu will be confirmed closer to the date of the Awards

Please note that all produce is prepared in an area where allergens are present. For those with allergies, intolerances, and special dietary requirements who may wish to know about the ingredients, we kindly ask that you speak to a member of the Hilton management team on the evening.
As part of any table booking, you will receive the Wine Package, which includes two bottles of white wine and two bottles of red wine as standard.

Limited complimentary parking is available in the hotel multi-storey car park, which can be found below the main reception. Parking bays will be allocated on a first-come-first served basis.
Alternative parking is available at the Sage Gateshead, the BALTIC and Gateshead College, which are all approximately 5-10 minute walk from the venue.
For attendees looking for a more sustainable journey, the venue is a short walk from Newcastle City Centre and Gateshead metro station.
In the event that you need to cancel or amend your booking please let us know as soon as possible.
Cancellations will be refunded if received before 12noon on Thursday 12th November.
