Ahead of their fireside chat at our upcoming spring conference, Abi and Tom Reid, co-founders of Merwave, share all.
What is something most people don’t know about you?
A – I once appeared on Celebrity Juice and they all said I looked like Holly Willoughby (this was 14 years ago!)
Who, dead or alive, would you like to have dinner with?
A – Walt Disney - for his creativity, inspiring stories, and the magic behind his films and theme parks.
T – Ernest Shackleton - for his incredible survival stories, leadership under extreme pressure, and firsthand tales of Antarctic exploration.
What are you most proud of?
A & T – our 3 babies, Mabel, Atticus and Merwave.
How do you unwind/deal with stress?
A – Tom just doesn’t really get stressed. I tend to run with friends to have a rant.
If you had a time machine, where would you go and why?
T & A – 6 months before covid and create/ launch Merwave. Or, more fun we would go to ancient Rome to watch gladiators battle in the Colosseum and experience the incredible energy and drama of the arena firsthand.
What is your biggest fear?
T – Becoming complacent
