The North’s only air ambulance service is being supported in its ongoing fundraising efforts with a donation of website analytics and SEO strategies which will allow it to reach a larger online audience.
Award-winning agency ROAR Digital Marketing is offering its expertise to the Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) to help the charity gather more in-depth data about who visits its website - and why - so it can maximise fundraising opportunities.
The team at ROAR migrated GNAAS on to the newly released Google Analytics 4 (GA4) platform free of charge, and is also providing its specialist SEO content services and DIY SEO platform at a significantly discounted rate.
By providing these services, ROAR will be able to more accurately pinpoint who engages with the GNAAS website, their location and what pages they navigate, helping the team to construct relevant content to directly engage with the charity’s targeted audience.
Michael Knowles, the Managing Director of ROAR, said: “The GNAAS is a life-saving charity which provides a vital service to thousands of people across the north each year, and we want to show how valued its amazing team is by donating our expertise to assist their fundraising activities.
“The charity relies on public donations and every penny it receives contributes to it continuing its outstanding work, so we’re pleased we are able to put in place sophisticated analytics of its website and SEO strategies in order to produce more targeted content.
“This provision will elevate the GNAAS’ data gathering and can steer the charity to the avenues it needs to target, and the more in-depth information it has on its web users will prove crucial to hitting the demographics it needs to as a way of building its support channels.
“We were given a brief insight into the operations of the GNAAS team when we were invited along to the charity’s HQ in Teesside, and we look forward to forging a long relationship with such an amazing organisation.”
GNAAS has already started seeing the benefits of a structured SEO and analytics strategy after the services were implemented just a matter of months ago.
Ashleigh Chapman, the Head of Income and Engagement at GNAAS, said: “ROAR has helped us to smoothly transition to GA4 and is also supporting us moving forward as we work to improve our website SEO.
“By working with the team at ROAR, we will be able to increase the online awareness and visibility of our charity and ultimately raise more funds, meaning the frontline team can respond to more people in need of our critical care.”
The GNAAS provides pre-hospital care at the scene of emergencies to thousands of people each year across the North-East, Cumbria and North Yorkshire.
