A Tees Valley business launched barely a year ago has moved into a spacious new HQ after a “phenomenal” first 12 months.
The Resolved Group has “shattered” all first-year expectations, said founder Chris Carroll, following a flurry of award wins, growth and even international expansion.

That rapid growth has now helped the company expand into a state-of-the-art new office in the centre of Hartlepool, twice the size of their previous Innovation Centre HQ.
With the company’s niche of repairing existing digital platforms – like websites, CRMs and apps – that they didn’t build, the process has rapidly established a global client base thanks to the process being around 80 per cent cheaper than a rebuild.
At the core of the business is Resolve Beyond, named for its ability to go beyond fixing systems by helping organisations maximise the value of their existing technology, turning current platforms into engines for growth.
“We are now in a great position where clients are seeking us out, rather than vice versa, in part due to our technical expertise and the fact we have such a strong and unique niche,” said Chris, who boasts over 25 years industry experience.
“Barely a year in and that’s created exceptional demand and our waiting list is now running well into 2026, so in the New Year, that will mean looking to grow our global team considerably to help meet that demand. “But we don’t just want to work with anyone who walks through the door. That demand means we can carefully select who we want to work with, and the ideal clients are those who don’t just take what we do for granted but who see us as a partner and work with us to help deliver the best results for them.”
That jobs growth has created the new for the new HQ, which will “future proof” the company ahead of an expected staffing growth in 2026.
That will likely be split between the company’s new HQ and their sister office, located 7,000km away in the vibrant Indian tech hub of Ahmedabad.
The second site was needed amid a boom in demand from international markets, with enquiries from the likes of the UAE and the USA – which have risen dramatically since January – meaning Chris quickly realised the business needed to be transformed into a 24/7 operation.
That pivot quickly put the young company on a different trajectory; Not only is it now on course to be valued by £10m by the decade’s end, but it also resulted in the business being recognised in a string of prestigious regional awards.
Besides being named Teesside’s Best New Start-Up at the North East Business Awards, The Resolved Group also secured two nominations at the Hartlepool Business Awards – including Best Digital Business – along with a nomination in the Dynamite Awards.
However, for Chris, the biggest award has been the “transformational” impact the business has had for some very deserving clients.
“The Resolved Group isn’t just about rebuilding systems. A huge part of why this company was launched was to do good in our communities,” he added.
“In the North East, we’ve built and maintained free apps for charities and helped everything from charities supporting neurodiversity to educational start-ups trying to grow young minds.
“And in India, we are paying up to four-times the market rate because we want to not only reward talent, because as a business, we want to change lives for the better – be it in Gujarat or Teesside.”
