Melissa Coutts, the Managing Director of Recruitrite UK, has been honoured with the Inspiring Others Award at the Tees Businesswomen Awards. This award recognises Melissa for her outstanding leadership, dedication, and commitment to empowering women in her workplace and throughout the business community.

Melissa Coutts has been at the helm of Recruitrite since she founded it in 2018 and has over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment sector.

Her leadership has helped Recruitrite achieve remarkable growth, and her commitment to mentoring and empowering women in and outside of the workplace has set an inspiring example for others. She is actively involved in supporting local charities and organisations, illustrating the spirit of corporate social responsibility.
