North Tyneside-based Greener Solutions Group has strengthened its management structure with the formation of a senior leadership team, supporting the company’s continued year-on-year growth.

The new leadership group includes technical director Matthew Hetherington, operations manager James Dorward, head of insulation Alan Ross, head of heating and electricals Graeme Errington, and administration manager Lewis Tomaselli.
Founded in 2015 by Andrew Wilkinson and Keian Sanchez, the business has expanded beyond its origins in surveying and compliance to deliver services across renewables, heating and electrical work, insulation and full retrofit solutions.
The 35-strong team now operates nationally, securing major contracts in the social housing sector and helping deliver large-scale energy-efficiency upgrades.
Andrew Wilkinson, director at Greener Solutions Group, said: “We have very ambitious growth plans and the formation of a senior team is key to achieving our goals.
“We have established a clear, unified purpose for the team, selecting colleagues with complementary skills and experience, strong decision-making capabilities and proven management records.
“As we grow, we have progression paths in place for all our people, which focuses on creating a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous learning, supported by flexible work arrangements and clear opportunities for internal promotion and succession planning.”
Over the past four years, the company has installed 13,500 energy-efficiency measures across more than 6000 homes, supporting decarbonisation efforts and reducing heating costs for residents.
Greener Solutions Group forecasts turnover above £5 million this financial year, with plans to double this over the next two years.
Earlier this year, the business secured investment from NPIF II – NEL Fund to support new multi-million-pound contracts, alongside access to government schemes such as BUS, ECO4 and the Great British Insulation Scheme.
Keian Sanchez, director at Greener Solutions Group, added: “The investment we secured from the NPIF II – NEL Fund, is supporting the expansion of our services in the energy efficiency and sustainable housing sectors.
“It is also enabling us to increase our workforce and scale and enhance our existing service offering.
“The establishment of the senior leadership team is an exciting development which we are convinced will guide us to the next stage of our development.”
