hedgehog lab appoints first female board member

Newcastle-headquartered global digital product consultancy hedgehog lab has welcomed Becky Odam to its board as investor director.

Becky represents BGF, one of the UK’s most active growth capital investors, and brings extensive international experience from PwC’s deal team. 

She currently sits on several boards across the BGF portfolio, supporting scale-ups with strategic growth.

Becky said: “I am delighted to join the board of an innovative business like hedgehog lab, which provides cutting-edge AI, mobile app and web development solutions to a longstanding customer base. 

“I look forward to supporting the board in unlocking further opportunities within their continually evolving market and recruiting more best-in-class talent.”

Becky’s appointment marks a milestone as the first female board member in hedgehog lab’s history and reflects the firm’s ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion.
