Safecall are an industry-leading whistleblowing solutions provider, covering 5 million+ employees in over 1,000 organisations worldwide.

They also provide workplace and investigation training to equip organisations with the necessary skills to carry out thorough workplace investigations.

Their challenge

Founded in 1999, Safecall was established to provide a safe and confidential space for people to raise concerns about misconduct in the workplace. They have grown organically over the years and built a high quality and trusted service for clients. More recently, backed by Law Debenture, they have an ambitious growth plan in place. The time was right to reconsider their marketing activities to help scale the business.

Objectives

  1. Undertake a full brand and marketing audit
  2. Develop a marketing strategy, underpinned with a plan for delivery, that will deliver revenue targets
  3. Support the recruitment process for a Marketing Manager
  4. Advise and support the team to develop a brand that instils trust and resonates with their target audiences
  5. Work with the team to launch a new website, with improved customer journey through the website to deliver more conversions, in line with targets

The brand is helping them to differentiate themselves from their competitors with their own unique identity and balanced tone of voice. They have a well-articulated customer promise and concise and compelling story to tell. Since launching the new website, they have significantly improved the customer journey and they are now experiencing a dramatic uplift in high quality leads. The combined impact of these initiatives, on all leads in the first quarter of this year, is +125% when comparing Jan-Mar 2023.

In Summary
