United Living Group, the Warrington-based infrastructure, construction, and property services company, has acquired power distribution and street lighting contractor, Jones, for an undisclosed sum.

Based in Leyland, Lancashire, Jones provides a range of services on behalf of UK distribution network operators (DNOs) and local authorities.
The acquisition strengthens United Living’s existing activities in the power market, which have been growing since it achieved National Electrical Registration Scheme (NERS) accreditation in 2024.
United Living chairman and CEO, Neil Armstrong, welcomed Jones to the group, saying: “They have an excellent reputation for best-in-class service delivery and expertise in providing energy-efficient and smart solutions.
