North East based HR organisation, Inspired HR, has launched a new service dedicated to neurodiversity awareness and support in the workplace.
Inspired Minds is the new specialist arm introduced by Inspired HR, offering businesses and individuals expert-led services to help unlock the full potential of neurodiverse minds.
The new services include Neurodiversity Screening, ADHD Coaching, Neurodiversity Training and Specialist Advice & Support.
Since its launch just two weeks ago, the Neurodiversity Screening service has already seen rapid demand, providing individuals and businesses with tailored insights into cognitive strengths and challenges.
The screening can act as a precursor for formal diagnosis or serve as an alternative for those seeking greater self-understanding.
Nikki Masterman, Founder and CEO of Inspired HR, also brings personal lived experience to the initiative and has completed the highest-level ADHD coaching diploma, building on her 33-year HR & coaching career.
As a neurodivergent individual with ADHD and a champion for inclusivity in the workplace, she also understands the impact that the right support can have on businesses and individuals alike.

This launch follows several years of collaborations with occupational health professionals and ADHD organisations, positioning Inspired Minds as a trusted and specialist service for understanding and managing neurodiversity within the workplace.
Having identified that neurodiverse individuals are often misunderstood and labelled as unfocussed, disorganised, or unreliable, Inspired Minds aims to shift these perspectives and provide businesses with better insight.
