Founded on April 20th 2010 by Sasha Warr, the company has grown organically, evolving into a dedicated team of five, committed to delivering expert people management solutions.
After graduating with a degree in Human Resources Management from Teesside University, Sasha built a successful career in Head of HR roles for several blue chip names in London. However, it was during her time working with SMEs that she found her true passion: helping smaller businesses navigate the complexities of HR with tailored, flexible support.
OutsourcedHR was born out of this passion, offering businesses practical, commercially focused, and reliable HR support that allows them to focus on growth while ensuring compliance and best practices in people management. The company provides a range of services, from ad-hoc pay-as-you-go advice to regular on-site HR support, including HR software implementation where needed.
