Populus Select, a leading global recruitment consultancy focussed on senior life science, engineering and construction-related roles, has appointed a well-known STEM career specialist Sarah Farrow as a Principal Consultant.
Sarah joins the global business with more than a decade of experience of supporting science-focussed organisations to grow and develop their teams, having most recently held a position as a client partner at CK Group.
Sarah has developed and demonstrated her ability to provide tailored recruitment solutions for mid-senior to executive level positions in the science sector. Her scientific background – underscored by a degree in Biotechnology and time spent as a researcher with Procter & Gamble –deep understanding of market trends, and her commitment to building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, makes her a valuable addition to the Populus Select team.
Alongside her passion for science, Sarah also volunteers with a neonatal charity, supporting the families of pre-term babies, and is a keen hiker. She recently climbed the Yorkshire three peaks, and hiked the Cleveland Way to raise funds for charity.
