Newcastle-headquartered recruitment company Samuel Knight International is on target for a record year after experiencing growth across all of its specialist divisions.
The agency, which specialises in renewable energy and sustainable transport, is expecting to hit turnover of more than £25m for the first time in 2023, as it places more than 100 staff per month in energy transition roles across the globe.
The forecast follows the opening of a new office in Dallas, bringing its total number of international sites to seven.
Founder and chief executive Steve Rawlinson said: "2023 has been a fantastic year for the business and we are delighted to be on course to pass over £25million in fees, recruiting 15 new members of staff in the process – with a further five to recruit by the end of the year - and investing heavily in operational bases.
"We've seen record growth across all our specialist divisions and expect this to only continue as the energy transition space continues to grow at a phenomenal pace."
He added: "At the heart of the business is a passion to work in partnership with our global community to help achieve Net Zero and close out any skill gaps in the energy transition space. All our placements are founded on helping companies achieve exactly that objective."
Established in 2014, Samuel Knight International is headquartered in a 12,000 sq ft site in Newcastle city centre.
By 2050, the company is aiming to be 100 per cent owned by its employees and have Net Zero carbon emissions.
