With a significant investment in AI and automation, the collaboration will introduce innovative features designed to enhance efficiency, fairness, and the overall candidate experience.
VidEmploy’s AI-Enhanced Video Interviewing
· Uses machine learning algorithms to analyse tone, word choice, and sentiment, providing hiring managers with deeper insights beyond traditional resumes.
· Enables asynchronous video interviews, allowing candidates to respond at their convenience while employers receive structured AI-driven assessments.

Investment and Roadmap
SnappCV and BearTech have committed substantial resources to this initiative, ensuring that the platform’s transformation is both comprehensive and impactful. In phase 1, they are looking to raise £400,000 in angel investment which will be used to make these upgrades, before going for Series A funding of £8-10 million in phase 2.
The upgraded platform is expected to roll out in Q2 2025, with further enhancements planned to continuously evolve AI-driven recruitment solutions.
