JUMP is a brand, creative, digital, and marketing agency based in the North of England. Founded in 2007 by Rob Brown, JUMP strives to be the region’s most effective brand communications agency by supporting companies, helping, and inspiring them to grow beyond their potential.
In 2020, Rob became the sole owner with the opportunity to re-define the future direction of the agency. Now with a strong and creative team of nearly 20, JUMP has gone from strength to strength with the creation of a new marketing team which focusses on delivering marketing services for existing clients.
JUMP’s philosophy is rooted in collaboration, where their clients' vision becomes their blueprint for action. Together, they don't just imagine the future; they craft it with precision, passion, and a deep understanding of what makes each brand unique.

Objectives
- To have a clear vision, mission and core values supported by a strategic plan
- To develop a deliverable and measureable action plan
- To provide a soundboard for the owner
- To support the development of the leadership team and other senior managers

The Solution
- Create a business proposition and strategy house to underpin all activity and business growth.
- Develop core values and behaviours and a performance management framework to drive personal and business growth
- Introduce individual and team development plans and coaching for various members of the team
- Monthly business reviews for the SLT and soundboard sessions with Rob to support the development of the business.
The Impact
360 Growth Partners have been working with JUMP for over three years during which they have broken through their financial ceiling, added a whole new marketing team, changed the way people are managed within the business and continued to develop a highly engaged and motivated team. They are a modest bunch but continue to deliver excellent results for a growing number of clients. Working as business partners we have supported their growth with scaleable business solutions and been on hand when they have hit those expected (and some unexpected!) bumps on their growth journey that aren’t part of their experience or learning.
