Scale up Leaders' Academy- Richard Lane

For Richard Lane, Co-founder and CCO of Durham Lane, attending the Scale-up Leader’s Academy was a no brainer when considering the time it took from his diary versus the skillset he got from it.

Richard was part of the inaugural cohort of SULA students and admitted that if he’d had the knowledge that the Academy gave him when he set out, the business would have fast-tracked during the past 12 years.

“As entrepreneurs in fast moving, scaling businesses, we shoot from the hip, change and shift. You need to stop and think, focus, and hold people accountable. SULA helped with that,” he said.
