Survey Terms and Conditions

These are the Terms and Conditions for the survey conducted in March 2026 with prospective and former members of the Entrepreneurs' Forum.

·         The closing date for entry into the draw to win a free place at the Entrepreneurs’ Forum’s Annual Conference is 11:45pm on Tuesday 31st March

·         The competition is free to enter and there is no charge at any point for the prize of a free place at the Entrepreneurs’ Forum’s Annual Conference.

·         The Entrepreneurs’ Forum Annual Conference is a full day event running from 8am to 4pm (timings subject to change). Breakfast snacks and lunch are provided. Tea, coffee, water and orange juice will be provided at certain points in the day. Delegates are also able to purchase alternative drinks at their own discretion and cost from the venue.

·         The draw will take place using an online random name selector in early April 2026 and the winner will be notified by email.

·         If there is any delivery issue with the email address provided, or no response received within one week of contact, a member of the Entrepreneurs’ Forum team will attempt other means of contact. This includes through other contact details we legitimately hold.

·         If the winner does not attend the conference for any reason, no alternative prize is offered.

·         The competition is restricted to those people who were invited to participate in the Entrepreneurs’ Forum survey.

·         The prize of a free place at the Entrepreneurs’ Forum’s conference is non-transferrable and can only be used by the competition winner.

·         If for any reason the Entrepreneurs’ Forum conference is cancelled, the winner will be automatically invited to the Forum’s 2027 Annual Conference as an alternative.

·         The data gathered during the survey will be used to:

1.    Analyse respondents’ knowledge about the Entrepreneurs’ Forum,

2.    To understand whether our direct marketing activities are being received and read (this may include e-newsletters for some respondents and both e-newsletters and printed magazines for others)

3.    To determine whether respondents would like to continue receiving direct marketing materials,

4.    To find out if respondents are interested in joining or re-joining the Entrepreneurs’ Forum.

5.    To find out if respondents are interested in becoming volunteer mentors for the Entrepreneurs’ Forum.

·         Respondents who indicate that they are interested in joining or re-joining the Entrepreneurs’ Forum may be contacted directly by an employee of the Entrepreneurs’ Forum who will invite the respondent to apply for membership.

·         Respondents who indicate they may be interested in joining or re-joining the Entrepreneurs’ Forum in future may be contacted directly by an employee of the Entrepreneurs’ Forum who will invite the respondent to apply for membership.

·         Respondents who indicate they are willing to become volunteer mentors for the Entrepreneurs’ Forum may be contacted directly by an employee of the Entrepreneurs’ Forum regarding mentoring opportunities.

      Completion of the survey constitutes entry into the prize draw.
