In a previous role as an Executive Director at a multinational consulting firm, I headed a team of strategic IT consultants in the delivery of digital transformation programmes and Fractional IT Director support. We routinely achieved a 25% annual growth by blending commercial acumen and technical expertise. One of the most important aspects of the approach was to establish these experts as trusted advisors in their respective disciplines.
In 2019, I founded Gray Fox Consulting as the platform through which I operate as an independent consultant. Specialising in IT strategic guidance across multiple industry sectors, I aid clients in achieving their business objectives by leveraging a balanced blend of strategic insight, human capital expertise, and technological solutions.
