As CEO of The Host & Stay Group, Dale has combined expertise in finance, marketing and operations to propel the group through a period of hyper growth. Driving revenue from a single holiday home in 2017, to a forecasted revenue in excess of £30m in 2024, the group is supported by over 300 colleagues, and now consists of over 1000 holiday lets and short term rental properties UK-wide.
Prior to starting The Host & Stay Group, Dale was employed by Peter Vardy Limited working his way from Marketing Executive in 2011, to Commercial Director overseeing £550million in revenue by 2017. He was the youngest Operational Director in the industry for a Top 25 Motor Group at age 25.
Dale has developed a business that is passionate about its colleagues, its clients, and the communities in which it operates, culminating in a true group purpose; pushing boundaries to create better places to live work and stay.
