Michael Coulthard is the Managing Director and founder of ThreeSixty Talent, one of the region’s leading independent Recruitment Consultancies. Moving from a career in education, Michael flipped his passion for people and their development and saw an opportunity to help people and businesses thrive in the renewable energy, utilities, and built environment sectors.
Our story began when a group of recruitment specialists, each with extensive experience in these industries, saw a gap in the market for a more personalised and hands-on approach to recruitment. We realised that companies were often struggling to find candidates with not just the right technical skills but also the right cultural fit. At the same time, talented professionals were missing out on opportunities because they weren’t receiving the tailored support they needed. We knew there was a better way to bridge this gap, and that’s how ThreeSixty Talent came to life.
From the start, our mission was simple! Offer a 360-degree recruitment service that truly understands the needs of both employers and candidates. We wanted to build a consultancy that doesn’t just fill roles but creates lasting connections between talented individuals and forward-thinking organisations.
