Michael van Zwanenberg is a Chartered Engineer with 17 years of experience leading engineering teams in the design of bespoke, high-value offshore equipment. Growing up on a farm, he developed a diverse skill set—spanning practical problem-solving, financial management, and multidisciplinary engineering—which has been the foundation of his career.
In 2021, he founded DME Systems, growing it from a one-man operation into a thriving 30-person company. He thrives on the challenge of running the business operationally, investing in staff to foster a culture of growth and development. Michael works closely with both existing and new clients, building strong, trust-based relationships that ensure long-term success for all parties.
