I am the Managing Director of SeerBI, a business intelligence company focused on making transport frictionless. My previous experience education wise is a Business Management with Marketing Undergraduate and a Master in Applied Data Science at Teesside University. I have also been programming for 9 years with a focus on data working on multiple projects both for private transport companies and open source projects.
I have worked in the maritime Industry for 4 years through The High Tide Foundation, a charity focused on employment in the maritime sector in the North East. I have ran and sold 3 businesses in the past, one of which was a micro whiskey bar in Stockton on Tees and the other 2 were E commerce sites. I have also worked as a lecturer at Teesside University in business, marketing and data science. I love all things technology from data science and the benefits it brings to web 3.0 and innovations happening globally, anything new that gets people to interact with technology in a different way excites me.
Seer BI is a new start-up only a few months old focused on making the transport sector frictionless by applying data practices and machine learning that are common in the tech sector to this legacy industry. We have grown very quickly to a team of just under 20 staff of data analysts and machine learning engineers who are producing ground braking business intelligence and machine learning methods. We hope by making the transport sector frictionless we can speed up and grow the entire UK economy with innovative solutions.
