Having spent her career in the PR and marketing arena, Sharon set up Resolution in 2014 with a desire to change the industry and create an agency with a difference. Choosing to work with organisations who are experts in their field, Resolution takes a strategic approach, developing and implementing communication plans that connect with target audiences and are driven by business goals.
Utilising traditional engagement methods alongside modern ideas, the hand selected team at Resolution manages their client’s business profile in its entirety. Brand matters and the right words really do say so much; Sharon and her team at Resolution know this. Working with clients within the region and nationally, they are experts in extracting stories and presenting them in a way the audience will listen.

Sharon is an ideas person and likes nothing more than listening to the challenges of her clients and creating campaigns to align with their business KPIs. She believes every communication should be outcome focussed and offer a return on investment.
Although Sharon has travelled all over the world with her clients, Stockton is her home and she has a genuine desire to shout about the achievements of the town and Teesside as a region. She is particularly passionate about skills retention and is active in promoting the region as a great place to live and work.
