Your Annual Conference is designed to challenge your thinking, expand your perspective, and connect you with other ambitious entrepreneurs.

This year, we’re placing entrepreneurial wellbeing at the centre of that experience.

Building and leading a business is demanding. The quality of your decisions, your leadership, and your growth is directly shaped by your energy, clarity, and headspace. These breakout sessions are not a ‘nice to have’ they are a core part of the day, designed to help you reset, think more clearly, and perform at your best.

Each session creates space to step out of the usual conference environment and engage with other members in a different way.  Whether that’s through movement, conversation, or quiet reflection. In these settings, connections tend to be more open, more honest, and more valuable.

You can choose a session that aligns with what you need most on the day depending on your need to recharge, gain perspective, or simply have better conversations with people who understand the pressures you’re navigating.

Step out and join us for a casual, conversational walk around the grounds of Ramside Hall. An informal networking session, you can enjoy a walk in nature with fellow entrepreneurs. Hopefully, the sun will be shining while we're making new connections and finding inspiration in the outdoors.

Sound Bath

Sound Bath

Enjoy a deeply immersive, meditative experience as you are "bathed" in sound waves made by instruments like gongs, crystal singing bowls, and chimes. Hosted by Atusa Panahi, a sound bath, by slowing brain waves, promotes deep relaxation, stress reduction, and mental clarity and is an accessible, popular form of self-care and meditation.
