This year’s Annual Conference will be held on Wednesday, 13th May at the Ramside Hall Hotel, in Durham (DH1 1TD).
The day will begin at 8am, with breakfast, before the first of our speakers takes to the stage at 9.10am. The day is scheduled to end at 4pm, with a post-event drinks reception.

There is no dress code for the day. Please wear whatever you are most comfortable in.
During the day, you’ll have the chance to select one of the optional breakout activities we have planned. Each is designed to spark movement, creativity, serenity, or conversation. You can view all our breakout sessions and pre-register here.
Depending on what breakout activity you'd like to take part in, you may need to bring additional items with you, such as comfortable outdoor shoes. Our breakout activities are available to view, and you will be informed in advance if you need to bring anything specific to participate.
There is ample and extensive free parking at Ramside Hall Hotel, all just a short walk from the entrance to our conference.
For attendees looking for a more sustainable journey, Ramside Hall is approximately 3.5 miles from Durham city centre. The Go North East #20 bus stops on the A690. Running every 15-20 minutes from the city centre, when disembarking, it requires a short walk along the roadside to the hotel.

Food and refreshments will be available throughout the day, including:
- Breakfast: a selection of breakfast sandwiches, pastries and fruit.
- Mid-morning break: tea, coffee, and homemade cookies.
- Lunch: a hot buffet.
