This year’s awards ceremony will be held at The Hilton Newcastle Gateshead (NE8 2AR) on Thursday 18th September with an official after party at PILGRIM, Newcastle from 10.30pm onwards. The evening will commence at 6pm with a drinks reception, with guests seated for a three course dinner at 7pm.
The dress code for this event is 'smart evening wear' which could include but is not exclusive to, a tuxedo, three piece suit, evening dresses, jumpsuit, trouser suit or kilt.

As part of your table booking you will receive the Wine Package, which includes two bottles of white wine and two bottles of red wine as standard.

Limited complimentary parking is available in the hotel multi-storey car park, which can be found below the main reception. Parking bays will be allocated on a first-come-first served basis.
If you need to leave the hotel before the awards evening has finished please enter your car registration number into the pay machine, along with the discount code, this will ensure no charges are incurred. Upon exit the barrier should then lift and you are free to leave the car park.
Anyone leaving after 11pm will not need to validate their parking as the exit barrier will be open.
Alternative parking is available at the Sage Gateshead, the BALTIC and Gateshead College, which are all approximately 5-10 minute walk from the venue.
For attendees looking for a more sustainable journey, the venue is a short walk from Newcastle City Centre and Gateshead metro station.
In the event that you need to cancel or amend your booking please let us know as soon as possible.
Cancellations will be refunded if received before 12noon on Thursday 11th September.
