Holding a degree in Consumer Sciences, she skilfully integrates behavioural science into leading and managing people. As a delivery lead with over 20 years of business experience, Sarah excels in facilitating strategic growth and high performance.
Currently the COO of Perform. Sarah leads their Customer Success strategy and client delivery, focusing on helping modern organisations change the way their managers behave so their teams perform better. Sarah works closely with managers to grow and develop high-performing teams, ensuring optimal organisational success. Based in Newcastle, Sarah has a rich history in business advice and consultancy, where she honed her skills in business strategy, leadership and management and transformational change.
