The aim of our first Exchange event of 2015 is to share proven sales methods and to explore how to maximisethe impact of successful lead conversion and sales on business development.

Negotiation, in its numerous guises, is central to successful sales and guests will also hear from Clive Rich, an international, professional negotiator who has brokered £10bn worth of deals for clients including Sony, Yahoo, Apple and Simon Cowell's Syco.
An expert in how to negotiate under pressure, lawyer Clive will talk through the stages of negotiation and, in terms of sales, how to close the deal and achieve a successful outcome.
