A global leader for over 20 years, Graham has led turnarounds in the USA and UK, took part in sizeable acquisitions, developed a number of joint ventures and strategic alliances across Asia and South America, and managed global NPD projects.
Although his self-confessed phobia of PR means you may not recognise his name, for the last 10 years Graham has been rubbing shoulders with some of the best leaders across the globe and helping corporate leaders and SMEs as a highly sought-after executive coach.
An ‘engineer by birth’ and a Lean Six Sigma ‘master black belt’, he understands advanced manufacturing and technological advancements and has worked with well-known brands such as GM, Jaguar and Nissan, as well as on projects with the UN.
Most recently he was privileged to become certified as an executive coach and global leadership facilitator for the number one global executive coaching organisation in the world, Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching.
After undergoing a number of life-changing experiences of his own, Graham is a firm believer that great global leaders create great global businesses, and being born in County Durham and raised in Sunderland, he is joining us to engage with North East business owners who want to know more about the competencies, traits and behaviours of successful global leaders.
