Join us as we head to multi award-winning Andrew James’ brand new headquarters, to explore a family firm which has grown from selling raclette grills out of a garage to a £20m turnover business.

Founded in 2005 by cousins Andrew (Tomlinson) and James (Buckle), this fast-growing e-retailer specialises in kitchen equipment, gadgets, home accessories and a whole lot more; sending more than 500 different products to customers around the world.

Having experienced 100% turnover growth, year on year, the company recently outgrew their office space for the third time and have acquired not one, but two new premises - forming a headquarters that has transformed the business.

Their state-of-the-art ‘green’ warehouse boasts 125,000 sq. ft. in floor space and operates the latest smart technology, fully automating many operational processes and creating an immensely more efficient, safe and enjoyable place for their staff to work. There are also on-site product testing facilities to assist with new product development and product improvement.

The neighbouring head offices have been refurbished to include an on-site photography and video studio, inspirational meeting spaces and modern open-plan work areas - all with stunning views of the coast and a line-up of office perks that match the sights!
