In our round table discussion led by Tracey Elvin, Director of People and Culture at Hive HR, we will explore how you can lead your business in 2021 with a culture-first mantra. In particular, we’ll focus on: the benefits of co-creating organisational cultures, the benefits of being culture led organisations and keeping culture in a remote or hybrid setting.
