15 June 2021, 14:00 - 15:30
Delivered via Zoom
As a business grows, having the infrastructure in place for great communication with your people and internal stakeholders is key. As we strive for increased diversity and inclusivity in the workplace, internal communication platforms need to be accessible for all. But in a world of so many channels for communication, how do you drown out the noise and deliver the information that really matters in the most effective way?
In our round table discussion led by Helen Craddock, Communications Director at Ryder Architecture, we will explore how you can build and sustain great internal communication. In particular, we’ll focus on how to: talk to your people authentically and transparently, retain key talent by embedding two-way communication channels, and effectively share information internally to add client value and build business development opportunities.
Our round tables are shaped by your views and experience, so while we hope to cover the topics above, we may discuss other subjects related to culture during the session.
The Small Print - Due to limited capacity Round Table Discussions are exclusively for our Entrepreneurial Members.
