Middlesbrough College, Dock St, Middlesbrough, TS2 1AD
We are living through a fundamental transformation in the way we work. Job roles, skills and responsibilities are changing at an accelerated rate, driven by digitisation and the expansion of the workforce to include freelance and remote talent. But what will the future workforce look like and how can we prepare for it?
In our round table discussion led by Zoe Lewis, CEO at Middlesbrough College, we will explore how we can thrive in the workplace of tomorrow, focusing on what is needed to build and sustain business growth. In particular we’ll cover: lessons learned from the pandemic and leadership practices that will be continued in the long term, the importance of digital information and communication, and the role of the physical workplace as a place for exchange and collaboration.
Our round tables are shaped by your views and experience, so while we hope to cover the topics above, we may discuss other subjects related to the future of the workforce during the session.
