We are living through a fundamental transformation in the way we work. Job roles, skills and responsibilities are changing at an accelerated rate, driven by artificial intelligence and the expansion of the workforce to include on- and off-balance-sheet local and global talent. But what will the future workforce look like and how can we prepare for it?

Voted one of the most inspirational female leaders in further education, in our next ‘The Bigger Picture’ event, Zoe Lewis (Middlesbrough College) will explore how we can develop the workforce of the future, focusing on what is needed to build and sustain business growth.

Chaired by Gill Courtney MBE (Wessington Cryogenics), this intimate event will allow a limited number of entrepreneurs the chance to learn more about the key forces shaping our future workforce. Guests will also have the opportunity to ask questions throughout the evening.

Places are available on a first-come-first-served basis – so don’t miss out on this unique opportunity and book your place now.
