Working with family presents its own unique opportunities and challenges – join our upcoming round table and discuss in detail the topics of continuity, communication and conflict in family businesses.

In our round table discussion led by Jamie Brown of Francis Brown, we will explore the dynamics of family businesses in more detail.

In particular, we’ll focus on: how to maintain great communication both in and outside the workplace, how to build harmonious family/work relationships and considerations to make when beginning succession and continuity planning.

Our round tables are shaped by your views and experience, so while we hope to cover the topics above, we may discuss other subjects related to family businesses during the session.
