Webinar: What's Next? Become a Non-Executive Director

For example, this may include preparing for what happens after exiting your business, stepping back from the day-to-day and/or building a board portfolio alongside your current founder role.

In this online webinar, we've invited NEDonBoard, in its capacity as the Institute of Board Members, to shed light on Becoming a Non-Executive Director (NED).

Presentation insights will begin with the difference between an Executive and Non-Executive Director (and what this means with regards to Directors Duties and responsibilities), followed by an overview of the pathway to becoming a NED and some considerations around the journey to NEDship, with the opportunity for questions towards the end of the session.

About our Speaker:

Elise Perraud is the Chief Operations Officer at NEDonBoard, the Institute of Board Members. In this capacity, she has helped hundreds of professionals to transition with ease, confidence and success to non-executive directorship.

She has also worked with companies seeking to recruit advisory board members and non-executive directors.

Elise is a risk manager and governance practitioner by background with 15 years of experience in the City, with board experience as Secretary and Chief Credit Officer. Today, Elise is an executive board member, a non-executive committee member and a board trustee.
