Samuel Knight International, Waterloo Square, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 4DP

The role of people and culture in delivering successful digital transformation is the focus of our upcoming Digital Transformation Group, delivered in collaboration with experience transformation partner Qrious.

Open to both Forum members and non-members, our first session for 2023 will explore how you can set yourself up for digital transformation success by focusing on the three essential areas within your business: employee engagement; management support and accountability; and collaborative processes within your organisation.

Delving deeper we will explore:

  • How businesses can create a people centric ‘performance infrastructure’, helping to create effective executive-level alignment, communication, and coordination during a transformation
  • What tactical actions a business must take to change the mind-sets and behaviours necessary to sustain a transformation
  • What people, processes, and tools must be put in place to ensure superior execution and value delivery to the bottom line

Whatever your technology challenges, come along, share your experiences and discover how digital transformation can change and evolve your business.
